Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) before shipment.

🚚 Delivery Time
Transit times vary based on the recipient's address and selected shipping method. Please note:
- • Delivery times are estimates from ship date (not order date)
- • Some areas don't deliver on weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- • Times may be affected by distance from our shipping facility

🎖️ Military Addresses & PO Boxes
✅ Orders can be delivered to Military Addresses
We proudly support our military personnel by shipping to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
📮 Carrier Information
USPS (Ground and Fast Shipping) is the only postal service that can deliver mail and packages to APO/FPO military addresses. Standard and Fast shipping methods use USPS for military deliveries.
⏱️ Delivery Timeframe
Shipments to military addresses can take up to 35 days to arrive at any domestic or international military/APO address.
Delivery lead time may vary for several reasons:
- • Military aircraft schedules
- • Weather delays
- • Delivery destination
- • Sorting process delays
- • Courier service tier
🔒 Tracking Limitation
Important: Once the package enters the military mail system, tracking will stop updating for military security reasons. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your shipment.
⚠️ Possible Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, certain circumstances beyond our control may cause delays:
- • Weather & Natural Events: Severe weather, natural disasters, or environmental conditions
- • Peak Seasons: High volume during holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.) and promotional events
- • Federal Holidays: No shipping or delivery on federal holidays
- • Customs Processing: International orders may experience delays at customs
- • Carrier Delays: Issues with carrier operations beyond our control
- • Address Issues: Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses
📦 Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package:
- Verify shipping address: Confirm the delivery address on your order to ensure it was sent to the correct location
- Check delivery notifications: Review any delivery notifications, photos, or instructions left by the carrier
- Ask household members: Check if someone else at your address accepted the delivery
- Thoroughly search delivery area: Carefully check your mailbox, porch, garage, side doors, bushes, and surrounding areas
- Check with neighbors: Ask neighbors in case the package was delivered to a nearby address by mistake
- For apartments/buildings/complexes: Double-check nearby parcel lockers, mailbox areas, mail center, or ask building management/guards
- Review security footage: Check your security camera or doorbell camera for delivery confirmation
- Wait 24-48 hours: Tracking can sometimes update prematurely; the package may still arrive
- Contact local post office: Reach out to your local post office or carrier facility for detailed delivery information
